Over the past two decades, I’ve worked at the crossroads of business, leadership, and education; always in roles where the stakes were high and clarity mattered.I began in biomedical engineering at Tata Memorial Hospital, where precision and responsibility weren’t optional; they were survival. That grounding taught me to think rigorously and act decisively.From there, I pivoted into the corporate healthcare world at Johnson & Johnson, where I trained as a product manager in the bariatric surgery division at the Mumbai headquarters. It was my first exposure to global business structures, market entry strategy, and the delicate balance between innovation and execution.The early 2000s also pulled me into the world of voice processes and credit card sales; front-line, pressure-heavy roles that built my instinct for communication, persuasion, and human psychology. These years sharpened my ability to listen beneath the surface and to win trust in minutes, not months.By the mid-2000s, I moved into media and advertising. I held leadership and marketing roles where brand narratives, sales numbers, and client relationships had to align. This phase expanded into digital marketing and real estate, where I managed campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional teams in high-visibility projects. It gave me a panoramic view of how industries scale, stumble, and recover.Alongside this, I cultivated another calling: education and coaching. What started as helping students prepare for competitive exams grew into a full-fledged practice in GRE, GMAT, CAT, and MBA admissions consulting. Over the years, I’ve worked with candidates across India and abroad, guiding them not only on exams and applications but also on confidence, clarity, and career strategy.Today, these threads come together in one place. My career is less about a single title and more about being a strategic partner for leaders and decision-makers. I’ve been inside hospitals, boardrooms, classrooms, and digital war rooms.
